Naughty Naturopath Mum Wholesale Agreement, Terms & Conditions

Prices and ordering
• Retailers are able to buy Naughty Naturopath Mum made products (Wild Flower Essences) at the following wholesale rates (GST inclusive):
• Flower Essence Blends 30ml: $12.15 (RRP $21.95) or $16.45 (RRP 29.95)
• Flower Essence Blends 50ml: $16.15 (RRP $29.35) or $21.95 (RRP 39.95)
• Minimum first order is $300. Subsequent orders require a minimum value of $150, excluding shipping.
• All products may be ONLY sold in a retail stores (bricks and mortar), or clinic and must be purchased outright and upfront under the terms and conditions listed here. 
• Products may NOT be sold on auction or 3rd party websites such as eBay.
• Prices may change at any time without advanced notice. Prices displayed on our website, www.naughtynaturopathmum.com.au, are current and correct.

Shipping
• Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15 for major cities in QLD, NSW, VIC, and the ACT and $20 for WA, SA, NT and TAS there may be additional shipping charges based on delivery location and/or quantity of order. You will be notified by email of any additional shipping charge requirements prior to shipment.
• Orders over $500 AUD will receive free shipping.
• Orders will be shipped within 4 business days of receipt of payment. If an item is not in stock, or there will be a shipping delay for any reason, you will be promptly notified.
• All deliveries have tracking available.
• Naughty Naturopath Mum takes no responsibility for any lost, damaged or opened parcels.
• Orders cannot be sent to a PO Box.

Payment
• Currently, payment can be made via credit card or PayPal. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Warranty, Returns and Exchanges
• Naughty Naturopath Mum will replace or refund faulty stock. Please advise Naughty Naturopath Mum of faulty stock within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty stock must be returned to Naughty Naturopath Mum in order to receive replacement or refund.
• Refunds and replacements will not be provided for stock that was damaged by the delivery service, Retailer or customer. Nor for a product past its expiry date. Refunds are also NOT provided due to change of mind.

The above terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Naughty Naturopath Mum has the right to review, amend and terminate the above agreements at any time.
